I’m Matt O’Brien, a landscape artist based in rural Worcestershire, UK. I rediscovered my love for painting during the lockdown, and ever since, I’ve been captivated by the beauty of the British countryside—from the rolling fields near my home in Worcestershire, to the dramatic landscapes of Eryri National Park and beyond.

My paintings are all about rich colours, strong compositions, and deep contrasts, often with an atmospheric, vintage feel. People have compared them to classic railway posters, which feels like a perfect fit!
